Here's a bit about me:
I grew up in Southern NJ then relocated to Fairfield County then Westchester County, NY where my husband, Juan, and I have been busy raising 4 wonderful children. We enjoy an active lifestyle centered around our family, our crazy dog, and real estate.
I have been actively engaged in the real estate industry full time since 1990 when I began a boutique mortgage origination team with my husband in based in White Plains, Westchester County, NY. Over the years, our thriving mortgage brokerage business evolved into real estate brokerage, property management, devlelopment, and construction. The valuable experience that I have gained from my involvement in all of these areas enables me to provide my clients with excellent representation and a wealth of resources relevant for any transaction whether large or small, residential or commercial.
I am dedicated to ensuring that each of my clients, as well as all parties to the transaction, are well served and that my transactions are are properly structured. My approach to real estate is clearly old school and I absolutely love the new market that has emerged from the 2007 market cycle. I like to remind my colleagues that not every deal can be done and not everyone can own their own home immediately. However, with the variety of mortgage products that are available I am seeing an extraordinary amount of new business as this intriguing market continues to evolve.
I am proud to be a member of the WPMLS. I am presently focusing on personalized customer service to my clientele and referral partners.
I'm also active in real estate in the Dominican Republic where my husband and I developed a world class golf villa within Casa de Campo.
